Frequently Asked Questions
For coffee, we typically recommend a PET/AL/PE structure with a one-way degassing valve. This structure provides an excellent oxygen and moisture barrier while the degassing valve allows CO2 from freshly roasted beans to escape without letting oxygen in. For premium positioning, kraft paper outer layer with the same barrier structure is very popular in the specialty coffee market.

Yes, we offer free blank (unprinted) samples of our standard pouch structures so you can evaluate the material quality before committing to a custom order. For printed samples, we can produce pre-production proofs at a nominal cost. Shipping of samples is at buyer's cost, and we accept DHL/FedEx/UPS account numbers for express delivery.
Our MOQ is 500 pieces for digital printing (ideal for startups and small brands) and 3,000 pieces for rotogravure printing (better per-unit cost for established brands). For orders between 500–3,000 pieces, digital printing offers the flexibility of low minimums without plate/cylinder setup costs.
