Why Certifications Matter When Choosing a Label Supplier

When sourcing labels and packaging from overseas, certifications are your primary assurance of product quality, ethical manufacturing, and regulatory compliance. Our third-party certifications are conducted annually by independent auditing bodies, ensuring our claims are verified — not self-declared.

Quality Control Process

Every order goes through 5 checkpoints before shipment

01

Incoming Material Inspection

All raw materials (film, paper, ink, adhesive) are tested on arrival against our material specifications. Non-conforming materials are rejected and returned to suppliers.

02

Pre-Press Verification

Artwork is reviewed for color accuracy, file resolution, and technical correctness. A pre-press proof is approved by the customer before any production begins.

03

In-Process Inspection

Online vision inspection systems monitor color density, registration, and defects at production speed. Operators perform manual checks every 30 minutes.

04

Finished Goods QC

100% visual inspection on labels under proper lighting. Adhesion tests, dimensional checks, and color spectrophotometer readings against approved standards.

05

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Final random sampling inspection (AQL 1.5 level) before packing. Complete inspection report attached to every shipment. Third-party inspection available on request.
