Yes, structural dieline design is included free of charge. Provide us your product dimensions and any functional requirements (e.g., window, magnetic closure, insert), and our structural engineers will create the optimal box design. We provide a 3D mockup for review before production.
For standard cosmetic boxes (serums, skincare, small accessories), 350–400gsm coated board is most common. For heavier products or luxury positioning, we recommend 400–450gsm. For premium gift boxes, we often use rigid chipboard (1500–2000gsm) with a wrapped paper finish for a high-end look and feel.
Absolutely. Window cutouts can be die-cut in any shape. We also offer clear PET window film bonded over the opening to protect the product while maintaining visibility. Window boxes are popular for candles, soaps, and food products.
We accept Adobe Illustrator (.ai), PDF, and high-resolution TIFF files. Artwork should be provided at 300 DPI minimum with 3mm bleed on all sides and fonts outlined. If you don't have a designer, our in-house team can create or adapt artwork for a fee. We always provide a pre-press proof for your approval before printing.
